Battic Door R-50 Attic Stair Cover. Pull down ladders now require an insulated cover to meet Code. Our kit includes the stair cover box, rubber gasket, reflective shield and optional R-50 fiberglass insulation. Available in 3 sizes to fit 22x54, 25x54 and 30x54 ladders. Battic Door is the least expensive, easiest install and highest insulation value of any attic stair cover kit available. Remember: Pull Down Attic ladders must now be insulated to a minimum of R-30 to R-49+.
